10am to 5pm Monday - Saturday.
Delivery UK:
Goods will normally be delivered within 72 hours from placing your order. Please note the package may need to be signed for. The delivery is free.
Delivery Overseas:
We accept credit card orders from most overseas addresses. We offer a Royal Mail International Recorded delivery service to Europe and Rest of the World. The delivery charges per item are calculated when you supply your details in the first form of the checkout process.
Prices:
The price of our goods and delivery charges remain valid for the duration that they are displayed on our website. The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges.
Availability:
All items are subject to availability at the time of ordering. We will inform you if your order cannot be fulfilled.
Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with the goods you purchase from us. You have the right to cancel the order or to return the goods (at your own cost) within a period of 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us (we recommend you use Registered Special Delivery post). Please keep all packaging and return the goods as they were sent to you including your name, address, order number, telephone number and whether you would like a refund or replacement.
